What Carson doesn't know won't hurt him!

Last week I asked Dr. Saenz how much we should be feeding Carson at this stage. He asked about his normal schedule and I confessed that we were still doing a middle-of-the night feeding, but we were trying to wean him off of it. Dr. Saenz simply replied, "well, try harder ... that ends tonight"

Aside: it probably sounds ridiculous that we were still getting up to feed him at this point, but we had just grown used to it - and it wasn't that big of a deal to us -- but I was glad for the freedom given by the Dr to stop that.

So anyways, since then - if Carson does wake up b/f 6am, we'll walk in there, give him a paci, and he's right back to bed. Then, we feed him his first bottle b/n 6&7. BUT HERE'S THE AWESOME PART: Carson is used to getting fed in the morning and then going back to bed for 3 more hours -- b/c usually it would have been 3am. So everyday for a whole week, we feed him around 7, then he sleeps until 10! It's awesome -- literally, Dan and I stayed in bed until 10 ourselves on Saturday. I don't know how long this will last, but we figure there's no harm in enjoying Carson's crazy little clock as long as we can!

And on that note, here are some of the cutest little pics of our guy napping the other day.

I love it when babies have their arms over their head when they sleep. So precious!

Do you want to trade babies this Saturday? Just for one day.
