Growth Chart

Something Grandma and Grandpa (Bel and Bill) have been doing for fun is taking pics of Carson next to Missy's childhood baby doll, Jessica. Bel sent me the pics this week - see for yourself how fast he grows!

5 months old

Happy 5/12ths birthday, Carson. We love our little guy and can't believe he's growing so fast:

Can hold his own spoon when he eats
Asleep by 7:45pm every night
Remembers where to look for his bottle on his crib
Starting to notice Wrigley
Only rolls over w/ help these days
Never facing same direction on tummy as when we put him down

Family Day

A couple of weekends ago, Dan and I decided to load up the car and head to Research Park for a family picnic. It drizzled at the beginning so we ate our sandwiches in the car, but eventually cleared up and we had a great time playing, napping, and walking!

Dr. report

Carson had his 4 mo. wellness visit today. It came at a good time since he has a really bad cold and Dr. Saenz was able to check him and make sure it's nothing more. So here are his much awaited stats:
Length: 26.5in -- 90th %
Weight: 18lbs 3oz -- 98th %
Head Circumference: 45cm -- OFF THE CHARTS :)
